Dr. Lee's therapy approach is primarily guided by brief psychodynamic and object-relational theories. Empirically-based interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based therapy are frequently used to treat specific conditions. Other individual factors such as the expected duration of treatment, client characteristics, and sociocultural background are carefully considered when deciding on the approach.
